So we are starting to do dips and bicep curls on our weightless days.
In a “traditional” crossfit gym you maybe shunned for doing them or even made to feel stupid because they are not functional enough of an exercise.
But they are!
Any exercise done to can be done in a way that is functional i think. It is all about the execution of the exercise not the selection. So here is a quick video on how to use our new little dip station.
